In recent years, Probuild NT has undertaken many projects at the Alice Springs Hospital. Probuild NT has worked hard at working with the client whilst minimising disturbance to Hospital Operations and meeting the needs of various wards requirements, staff requests, emergency planning, access and egress, service shutdowns and everyday project coordination.
Anyinginyi Health Clinic, Tennant Creek

$4,000,000

Health Clinic with 11 rooms operating as  day procedure health care servicing the Barkley Indigenous population. The 720 sqm building was engineered and constructed to withstand earthquakes which frequent the region.
Clifford’s Corner Commercial Development (Yeperenye Shopping Centre Precinct)

$6,000,000

Multi tenancy retail development of approximately 3000 sqm with multi levels incorporating above ground car parking integrated into the Yeperenye shopping centre in the CBD of Alice Springs.
Power Water DAF Plant Facility – Power Water Corporation

The DAF Plant comprises integrated architectural buildings to meet engineering solutions which have been used which exploit building form, solar orientation and natural ventilation techniques to create thermo siphoning opportunities. The end product has transformed potentially basic industrial sheds into visually dynamic, highly valued public assets.
Centre for Remote Health – Flinders University (Stages 1-3)

Design and construction of a new research, teaching and office precinct. Nestled tastefully amongst the trees, this single storey building was designed and constructed with the environment and local culture in mind as the site is subject to various Sacred Sites. In nurturing the environment, careful attention was paid to the roof design to funnel natural light into the centre of the building. Fixtures and fittings were chosen for their durability, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.
Traeger Park Grandstand and Media Boxes

$4,000,000

Multi tiered grandstand facility with integrated change rooms, seating area, lift access media boxes and feature wall integrated into existing infrastructure.
Alice Springs Aquatic Centre Stage 1 – Learn to Swim Pool and Paddle Pool

$2,100,000

Demolition and reinstatement of Learn to swim and Paddle pools. Works included integration of outdoor showers, perimeter paving and state of the art pool management and filtration system.
Uluru Sunrise Viewing Platform Facility

Extensive gravel pathways and raised Uluru viewing platform area with bollard lighting, water bubblers and Wiltja Shade areas nestled amongst the fragile ecosystem of the red sand dunes.
Topsy Smith Supporting Accommodation

Extensive residential care facility with extensive infrastructure upgrade and civil works.
BER Multipurpose Halls – Bradshaw, Braitling Larapinta Schools

Construction of multipurpose school halls will kitchen facilities and Covered Outdoor Learning Areas.
15 COLA’s at remote communities (Outdoor Learning Centres)

The Covered Outdoor Learning Areas at 15 different communities exemplified Probuild’s commitment and management practices to coordinate and construct these structures. This design and construct project required meticulous planning, logistics management and project control.
Lasseters Casino Juicy Rump Development

$2,500,000

This design and Construct Project involved extensive dealings with the client to ensure an end product which met the requirements of the client, whilst providing a product that is unique and integrates into existing infrastructure at the Casino. This project was delivered on time with a severely restricting time schedule and to high praise to Casino management and staff.

 

We have also had extensive experience in Renovation and Upgrading existing Buildings to meet BCA requirements which include extensive upgrades of wards at the Alice Springs and Tennant Creek Hospitals. Probuild also undertook a complete renovation of Bath St Lodge which included a renovation of 51 rooms within a three storey building and included a major upgrade of services, infrastructure and external works.

Our high standard of management has meant we have been preferred contractors for many projects that have required working in areas that have already functioning buildings. This requires extreme care and diligence to enable construction to be carried out with as little interference with current activities as possible.  By adhering to strict guidelines we are able to carry out works to the satisfaction of our clients which has led to continual flow-on work due to their respect in our ability to perform to their expectations.
