Design and construction of a new research, teaching and office precinct. Nestled tastefully amongst the trees, this single storey building was designed and constructed with the environment and local culture in mind as the site is subject to various Sacred Sites. In nurturing the environment, careful attention was paid to the roof design to funnel natural light into the centre of the building. Fixtures and fittings were chosen for their durability, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance. |

This project was delivered on time with a severely restricting time schedule and to high praise to Casino management and staff. |
We have also had extensive experience in Renovation and Upgrading existing Buildings to meet BCA requirements which include extensive upgrades of wards at the Alice Springs and Tennant Creek Hospitals. Probuild also undertook a complete renovation of Bath St Lodge which included a renovation of 51 rooms within a three storey building and included a major upgrade of services, infrastructure and external works.
Our high standard of management has meant we have been preferred contractors for many projects that have required working in areas that have already functioning buildings. This requires extreme care and diligence to enable construction to be carried out with as little interference with current activities as possible. By adhering to strict guidelines we are able to carry out works to the satisfaction of our clients which has led to continual flow-on work due to their respect in our ability to perform to their expectations.
